Boca Raton, Florida-headquartered Stellar Materials launched Thermbond India Private Limited in Kolkata, India. This office will serve both India and South East Asia.
“Thermbond India will be serving customers as a refractory solutions company with specialized products and technology and full support from Stellar, U.S.A.”, said Debasish Mukhopadhyay, sales director- India for Stellar Materials, and the corporate liaison for Thermbond India.
Target industries for Thermbond India will be similar to other global geographies: petrochemical, aluminum, power and steel. Building refractory contractor relationships will also be key to building the Indian and South-East Asian market. Amritt has advised Stellar in formalizing its India presence.
