Mountain View, CA-headquartered cybersecurity company Symantec Corporation announced the expansion of its Security Operations Center (SOC) in Chennai, India. This expansion will enhance access to global threat intelligence, advanced analytics, and 24X7 monitoring services to support customers in India and globally.

Symantec has 500 plus cyber security professionals across six global SOCs to analyze over 150 billion security logs worldwide each day, and help secure 175 million endpoints, 80 million web proxy users, 63 million email users and 50 million consumer users.
