New York-based footwear, handbags and accessories maker, Steve Madden, announced the launch of its first store in the Inorbit Mall, Vadodara, Gujarat.
Commenting on the launch, the company’s business head for India, Somdeb Basu, said, “Steve Madden brand truly represents the international pulse of New York city. With the opening of our first Steve Madden store in Vadodara we look forward to offering the trendsetters of the city a brand that they can truly identify with.”
Steve Madden first entered India through a long term license agreement with Reliance Brands Limited. Through this association, the products are available at exclusive single brand stores and shop-in-shop formats across all major Indian cities, reports India Retailing.
