Headquartered in New York City, SMC Global established a new subsidiary, SMC Chemicals India Private Limited, in the city of Vadodara, Gujarat. This move, made in partnership with Shimmer Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., reflects the company’s intent to build a more flexible and regionally diversified supply network.
Shimmer brings decades of experience, especially in agro and perfumery applications, and a well-equipped facility designed for scalable growth.
Krut Patel will head the India operations, bringing regional insight, and to guide the company’s development.
