Based in Seattle, Washington, digital marketing platform IntellaSphere acquired Mumbai-based digital marketing agency Edgytal. IntellaSphere works with businesses to market more effectively using a socially collaborative approach.
Edgytal will bring expertise in effective digital marketing for worldwide brands, developing presence, campaigns, and demand through all online channels.
Aditya Mehta, managing director of Edgytal said, “We’re pleased to join forces, support IntellaSphere and make their brand affinity marketing system available immediately.” As part of this acquisition, Mehta will join IntellaSphere in the U.S. as vice president of Business Development.
