In it latest interim forecast released today, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD, a group of 37 countries headquartered in Paris, put India at the top of its economic growth list (albeit via a defective graphic, see below) with a projection of 12.6 percent GDP growth. For this year, it projects that China, the United States, Turkey, France and Spain will grow faster than the world at large.

You can watch the entire press conference here and the conclusions of OECD chief economist Laurence Boone here. Boone also projects and India and Indonesia will top the list in 2022 with growth at 5.4 percent.
