LegalZoom, the American online legal technology company that helps its customers create legal documents without necessarily having to hire a lawyer, acquired Bangalore-based Revv.

This transaction also gives us access to the attractive Bangalore talent market, and will ultimately help us deliver on our business priorities as we head into 2023.”
Revv is a self-service document automation and electronic signature platform. It offers legally binding eSignatures and vetted templates, cloud-based workflow automation, native API, Zapier integration, analytics, cloud-based storage, and audit trails.
