Laboratories from across India, U.S., UAE, and South Africa have united under the banner of Neuberg Diagnostics which inaugurated an upgraded genomic facility, the Neuberg Center for Genomic Medicine (NCGM) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
NCGM is equipped with high end -throughput sequencers, fragment analyzers, and multiple high-speed computer servers networked together, with a centralized scheduler that manages the parallel computing workload for population-scale bioinformatics analysis. The facility is committed to research and innovation in various fields, including Inherited Genomics, Reproductive Genomics, Cytogenetics, and Transplant Immunogenomics.
The lab measures 30,000 square feet and provides research-based genomic services, including a comprehensive range of genetic testing solutions and dedicated genetic counseling services. Its testing providers are located in Ahmedabad, Chennai, and North Carolina.
The Neuberg alliance can conduct 5,000 varieties of pathological investigations that are useful in prevention and early diagnosis of diseases. Focused Wellness Programs and Structured Disease Management programs assisted by Data science and AI tools are available for rare diseases.
