Abbott launched its automation solution, GLP systems Track, to address the providers of diagnostic services in India. The Indian diagnostic sector is projected to grow at 12 percent through 2026. The GLP systems Track helps laboratories to optimize performance and efficiency, the company noted. The automation solution has been installed in Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Srinagar according to Jamshyd Patravala, general manager & country head of Diagnostics at Abbott India.
Dr. Preeti Kabra senior chief of laboratory from Neuberg Diagnostics noted that the software’s architecture ensured timely delivery of critical results to physicians, helping in timely clinical decision-making and better patient care.
