The technology transfer pathway back into the organization often meets up with internal resistance. Amritt can run in-company workshops on external collaboration to pre-empt this challenge; ideally such workshops need to be integrated into the scouting engagement at the beginning. In early stages of a relationship we often focus on threads where a strong, enthusiastic, internal, technical champion exists and where he/she has outward focus.
