Finland-headquartered Nokia, a leading network equipment, software, and services provider, selected Bangalore, India-based Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, to transform its supply chain and sales order management processes as part of a multi-year business process services deal.
Wipro will:
- Design, digitize, and run Nokia’s sales order management operations from multiple centers, globally
- Apply robotics process automation to enable a hyper-automated supply chain
- Leverage cognitive algorithms and bots to automate the sales order management processes
- Monitor operations in real time to increase accuracy and compliance in all transactions
