Bangalore, India-based Genei Laboratories led by Dr. S. Chandrashekaran acquired the manufacturing facilities of GeNei from Merck Life Sciences Private Limited in an asset purchase deal.
GeNei manufactures high-quality lab reagents in India since its founding in 1989. Its products range from molecular biology, genomics and proteomics reagents, to kits for use in teaching as well as contract research services, reports BioSpectrum.
