The popular Game of Thrones show has an international cast and locations from different countries around the world. India, too, plays an important role in the series.
Since 2011, the fabrics, clothes, and tents used in this production are from a store called Rangrasons in the Lajpat Nagar area of Delhi. The company also supplies the military ceremonial uniforms, braids, embroidery, furniture, trimmings, chain mail, and accessories to the show. Established in 1945, this company has supplied fabric and costumes to many popular shows and movies since 1982, when they made costumes for Gandhi, and later for Captain America, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Wrath of the Titans, and Prince of Persia among others, reports mensxp. 
The Times of India says that the pelt Jon Snow wears is made at the Noida Special Economic Zone. Here, the factory of RS Windlass and Sons manufactures not just official merchandise for fantasy shows, but has also provided props and costumes to some major Hollywood productions such as Rome, The Tudors, and Batman Begins. Rajiv Goil, partner at the company, says that their unit at Dehradun, Windlass Steelcrafts, manufactures swords, armor, and other metalwork for Game of Thrones. Jon Snow’s sword ‘Long Claw’, Arya Stark’s ‘Needle’ and many others have been made at this factory along with Jon’s suit of armor, Eddard Stark’s ensemble and more. Goil adds, “Now we focus mainly on licensed replicas which are all exported.”
Daenery’s dragons are made in a facility in Mumbai which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Prana Studios.
