Sunnyvale, CA-based cybersecurity technology company CrowdStrike announced the expansion of its operations in the Asia Pacific and Japan region with the opening of a new Innovation and Development Center in Pune, India.
The new Center will serve as a focal point for CrowdStrike’s engineering: driving research, development, and innovation. CrowdStrike chose the city of Pune so that it can leverage partnerships with local universities such as Pune University and the College of Engineering, Pune, among others, as part of a long-term collaboration to address the cybersecurity talent shortage in India.
In addition to launching the Innovation and Development Center in Pune, and a local team, CrowdStrike will expand its partner and channel ecosystem across Asia.
