FusionCharts powers over a billion charts a month in some of the most popular web destinations such as LinkedIn, Weather.com, Google Docs and more. The suite now supports 90 chart types and 550 maps; the company offers products for Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visual Basic 6, Adobe Flex and Joomla.
In the beginning, FusionCharts gained traction with the help of recommendations from clients whom Pallav helped integrate his application into the product for free, only charging them a licensing fee. In return, they wrote recommendations that led to more clients. Today the company claims 500,000 customers and has 60 employees.
