Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS), the shared‑services arm of Nestlé, will open a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad India to strengthen its worldwide business‑services network and expand future‑ready capabilities. The move underscores Nestlé’s long‑term commitment to India and its role as a strategic talent hub.
The center will operate under Nestlé Business Services India Private Limited in partnership with Genpact, which will contribute expertise in process intelligence, data, AI and automation. Together, the two companies aim to simplify, standardize and scale global business services while improving efficiency, resilience and customer experience.
NBS Hyderabad will integrate domain knowledge with digital operations, AI‑driven processes and automation to enhance performance across Nestlé’s global operations. Leaders said the decision reflects confidence in India’s skilled workforce and Hyderabad’s strong technology ecosystem, infrastructure and growing reputation as a global capability destination.
According to Luca Fichera, SVP Head of Nestlé Business Solutions, the new GCC will help build a more agile and scalable services network.
Genpact’s Global CPG Business Leader, Tarun Chopra, added that the partnership illustrates how global enterprises are transforming business services into technology‑enabled, data‑driven operations designed to deliver measurable business impact.
