Pune, India-based Zensar Technologies, an RPG Group Company, announced the complete acquisition of BridgeView Life Sciences LLC, a Pennsylvania-based information technology and operations services firm, in the life sciences sector, in an all-cash deal valued at $14 million. This strategic move aims to strengthen Zensar’s Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical.
The acquisition enables Zensar to offer a more comprehensive suite of solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. BridgeView’s partnerships with key industry players such as Veeva Systems, Reltio, Datavant, Snowflake, Salesforce, and IQVIA enhance Zensar’s capabilities, and position it as a trusted technology partner in the life sciences industry.
Anant Goenka, vice-chairman of RPG Enterprises and Zensar Technologies, emphasized that this acquisition aligns with their long-term growth strategy for the HLS practice. It allows Zensar to deepen services for existing clients and expand into new areas, particularly for innovators and emerging pharma players who are underserved by technology.

James Corbett and Mihales Karasavas, co-founders of BridgeView Life Sciences LLC, expressed enthusiasm about joining Zensar, noting that the combination of Zensar’s global reach and digital expertise with BridgeView’s specialized knowledge will enable them to offer more comprehensive solutions to a wider audience.
The acquisition is well-timed, as the Veeva-specific IT services market is predicted to reach $2 billion by 2025, according to Everest Group’s Veeva Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021. This positions Zensar to capitalize on this growing opportunity with a combined team dedicated to delivering Veeva solutions such as Veeva Network, Veeva Vault, and Vault CRM.
