Doing business in Jaipur: The construction of the city started in 1727. It took 4 years to complete the major palaces, roads and square. The Banas and Banganga River pass through Jaipur. Jaipur has a hot semi-arid climate receiving over 26 in of rainfall annually but most rains occur in the monsoon months between June and September. Temperatures remain relatively high throughout the year, with the summer. During the monsoon there are frequent, heavy rains and thunderstorms. The winter months are mild and pleasant, with average temperatures. Jaipur is famous for its pre-modern architecture. It is also known as the Rose City, because it had once painted the whole city pink in order to welcome the visiting Prince of Wales.

India’s largest integrated IT SEZ Mahindra World City is located in Jaipur. Planned by Jurong Constructions Singapore, it has attracted major companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, ISYS BPO Services, and Deutsche Bank. India’s World Trade Park is also under construction in Malaviya Nagar.
