Irvine, CA- headquartered Alorica Inc., a global company engaged in digitally powered customer experience solutions, announced significant expansion efforts in India, driven by increasing client demand. The company inaugurated a new facility in Bangalore as also expanded its existing sites in Bangalore as well as in Mohali, Punjab. This move created 1,500 new jobs during the third quarter of 2025, marking a major increase in Alorica’s operational footprint across India.
According to Co-CEO Max Schwendner, India has emerged as one of Alorica’s fastest-growing markets, with operations experiencing nearly 70% year-over-year growth, becoming three-fold in size since their inception. The expansion is aimed at meeting rising demand in sectors such as healthcare, food delivery, utilities, and retail.

The new Bhartiya City site in Bangalore accommodates 350 seats, while the Mohali location offers 400 seats. Additionally, Alorica added 450 seats at its Pritech Park site located in Bangalore to support large-scale healthcare programs. Looking ahead, the company plans to onboard over 1,700 more employees in India next year.

To support its hiring goals, Alorica is collaborating with several local academic institutions, including Bangalore University, the National Academy of Sciences (NASI), St. Philomena’s College, and M. S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science & Commerce (MSRCASC). These partnerships aim to tap into India’s highly educated talent pool and leverage the country’s cost-effective labor market.
