In their meeting that took place on the margins of the G-20 Summit in Bali, President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the state of India-U.S. strategic partnership.
India’s Ministry of External Affairs said that the leaders reviewed the continuing deepening of the India – U.S. strategic partnership including cooperation in sectors such as critical and emerging technologies, advanced computing, artificial intelligence, and more. The Ukraine conflict and its implications, topical global and regional developments, also featured in the discussions.
PM Modi thanked President Biden for his constant support in strengthening the India-US partnership. He expressed confidence that both countries would continue to maintain close coordination during India’s G-20 Presidency that begins on December 1.
