Titan Engineering & Automation Limited (TEAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bangalore-based Titan Company, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary TEAL USA Inc., in the State of Michigan. The entity was approved by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. 100 per cent of the paid up share capital of TEAL USA is held by TEAL.
TEAL USA is a step down subsidiary of the Company effective from 15th April 2021, and it will provide business support to Titan Engineering & Automation Limited’s Aerospace & Automation Solutions.
Titan is part of India’s Tata group of companies and is known for its watches, jewelry, among other products.
