Italian sportswear manufacturer, Lotto, aims to increase its digital footprint in India. Its Indian entity, SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited, has partnered with technology-driven platform company Ace Turtle that provides direct to consumer web commerce solutions for retail brands.
E-commerce has especially been instrumental in reaching smaller cities and towns where companies are not physically present. Speaking on the partnership, Nitin Chhabra, CEO of Ace Turtle said, “With customers increasingly switching between various sales channels (offline and online), it only makes sense for brands to adopt a robust omnichannel strategy.”

Lotto has forty stores and plans to add another sixty stores every year. Over the last three years the company has grown at a healthy CAGR of 50 percent in India, and has invested in strengthening its in-house design capability and operational processes.
