With the opening of its fifth and most recent electronic devices manufacturing facility in Bawal, located in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, San Jose, CA and Chennai-based Syrma Technology aims to become a leader in India’s fast-growing automotive, industrial, aerospace, defense, and healthcare electronics market. The new facility, built at an expense of $10 million, is expected to add 1,000 new jobs when it reaches full capacity.

For nearly four decades, Syrma and its parent organization, Tandon Group, have ranked among India’s most prestigious electronics exporters. In the last decade Syrma successfully co-developed, manufactured, and shipped over 200 million product units for more than 100 brand-name original equipment manufacturers across the globe. Syrma’s primary industry expertise consists of printed circuit board assembly and box builds, RFID, magnetics, memory, IoT applications, as well as electronics repair and rework services.
The electronics system design and manufacturing market in India is projected to exceed $230 billion by 2020.
