U.K.-based Virgin Atlantic extended its strategic partnership with Mumbai-based IT outsourcing company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for an additional five years. Virgin Atlantic and TCS began working together in 2004 as part of Virgin Atlantic’s ongoing strategy to invest in its technology infrastructure, operational efficiencies, and innovations.
“This extended partnership includes working together to integrate Virgin Atlantic Airways with Virgin Holidays through a center of excellence focusing on Digital Transformation, Innovation, and DevOps,” TCS said.

Virgin Atlantic SVP Technology Don Langford explained, “Through more integrated operations, we will be able to provide excellent customer service through various digital initiatives, while also supporting our continued growth.”
