Pallonji Mistry is the chairman of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, through which he owns Shapoorji Pallonji Construction Limited and Eureka Forbes Limited. Shapoorji Pallonji Construction Limited conducts a variety of projects, ranging from factories to hotels. Eureka Forbes Limited is a consumer appliances company that specializes in water purifiers and vacuum cleaners; it has a net worth of about $270 million. Mistry also has an 18.5% stake in Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group (the largest private corporate group in India, specializing in steel, automobiles, chemicals, information technology, and communication).
