My two-month summer internship at Amritt was an enriching experience because I gained important skills in Communication and Marketing, both of which I am studying as a rising sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania.
By interacting with important members of various companies and organizations, I learned professionalism and communication in this field. My mentor at Amritt gave me the opportunity to work independently while always ensuring that my tasks aligned with my interests. I loved the responsibility of heading projects and allocating tasks to the rest of the team of interns. This gave me the chance to work closely with both professionals and interns and facilitate communication among the team.
This internship definitely solidified my interests in both Communication and Marketing. I am thankful this unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in these fields while learning about the business world as a whole.
